Laser rifle from FO3?

Could someone make a laser rifle por my Semi-auto rifle?Maybe with the one ACOG scope,but not make it too obstructive,make it in a way that I have some peripherical vision,u know?

I decided to 'give it a go', But their were issues as too fit the detail in, the gun would have to be bigger than the guns in Ace of Spades but I gave it a go as I'm a big fan of Fo3 and I want to try the gun out too. http://adf.ly/2Cxsm (Also only Adfly because I mayaswell receive a penny in return) I haven't done the scope yet will post when it's finished.
