Can't connect to .36

I've never had any errors with this game up until this update. Every time I join a server it times out if I can even get in. Help please.

I can't connect either, but if people are playing on 3.6 i'd like to know how.
3.5 was fine.

I'm on windows 7 64bit, tried in browser and with server browser.
Was working 20 minutes ago 3.5
