I personally would like a ferret or a pig. 2 horribly underrated pets. Ferrets are much cleaner than most people think, as long as you de-scent them or get a female, and just keep things you don't want it fucking up off the floor.

Pigs are way smarter than cats or dogs. Plus they're freaking adorable. I have a weakness for pigs.

A cat is fine with me.
