Any good dedi's?

I'm looking to host a runescape private server, and since i'm just starting it out, it doesn't have to be very high quality. however, ive got 50-60 bucks allowed for the first dedi server fee.. which should I go with? I'd love any suggestions :D!

Also, if per chance you know how to code especially with rsps', people reply :)!

I can afford RuneScape, I just don't want to play it anymore because it's a shit game.

my plan to make money isnt advertising, dipshit. and kaede, the donations are to being a "donator" and the priveledges associated with it, and to buy items/rares that you can only get via donation. SO MANY PEOPLE DO IT... it's hilariously stupid but it's what they do.
