I only have some experience making Iron sights.
I also do take fantasy weapons, such as, weapons from video games or movies.

Well if u would make one i would be very gratefull, gun and iron but i have just found out there is a mod u can get for cod zombies that lets u have it. If u are still making it plz tell me and i will give u a link to the vide for ideas for a iron sight. Note it is not part of the actua game and has been modded in.

Marksman, I simply find sounds in the public domain, I don't actually make them.

Sure, it is a bit difficult to find the sights for weapons; except in video games.
