timed out :|

sometimes if there are more than 8 people in my server
everyone gets timed out :(
i got a stable connection and high up and down loadspeed
is it my server because its running outdated hardware
( pentium 4 2.8 HT 800 Fsb , 1 gb ddr2 ) i need to fix this cuz its annoying ;(

I get timed out within 30 minutes of playing any server, to me that's normal, most of the time I can't get on a server.
