However ridiculous this is, let's say this ever got added; Do you think a 5 year old would listen to some text on the signup saying you must be at least this old to signup, let alone know how signup properly (perhaps that is wrong, technology is very dominant, so I wouldn't be surprised)? Most 5 year old's would totally ignore it and just continue with the registration.

Again, as Zuriki said, you lack the ability to ignore trolls. Lexysm is just pointing out some flaws with either heavy logic, or advanced stupidity, and from what I've seen, it's heavy logic.
