Flounder's pretty good, but I'm pretty open-minded about seafood. The only thing I can think of that I haven't tried is octopus, and that's only because I haven't had the opportunity to try it yet.

FOR THOSE THAT LIKE TUNA.
Here's a better recipe, plain old mayo sucks.

- 1 can of tuna
- Some fucking red pepper (chopped up n stuff).
- Some fucking onions (same).
- Cilantro for added flavour.
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
- Salt & pepper.
- A bit of lemon.
- Chili pepper flakes (optional).

It is amazing on crackers or on bread like a tuna melt or even plain.
