/fog # # #

The numbers can be anywhere from 0 to 255.

EX:
/fog 0 0 0 makes the fog black
/fog 255 0 0 makes the fog red
/fog 0 255 0 makes the fog green
/fog 0 0 255 makes the fog blue
/fog 255 255 255 makes the fog white

You don't download it. It's already in the "scripts" folder. You just need to edit it in to the config file with all the other script extensions to activate it.

Load the config file into notepad. Scroll down to where it says "extensions" add a comma after the last one and type "daycycle" and save that. Simple!
