Yes it is.But is the brazilian version,full of hacks and bugs.The only thing that worths to play there is the Quarantine mode,the one I am there.Other than that,Point Blank(In the USA i think the name is Project Blackout) is superior in every and all aspects.
And I still want the sights ):
