Hi, I would like to know how to restart a server whenever I would want to.. it would be really helpful. I am using the default server hoster. So please try to find something that would work for that. |

what do you mean "restart" like refresh the map? |

yes, so that it returns to the exact way it was when i first started the server. |

You just have to restart whole server. I guess Ctrl+C to close and double click on server.exe to start. |

You could set up a Windows Task to run every x seconds. You would need to find a program that will enter the information after it restarts the server though. There was one around a while back, it was an AutoIt program that allowed you to set the options in a configuration file, then run the program to start and setup the program. I don't know if it was ever updated, but I could probably update it if it wasn't. Using both the server launcher, and the Windows task you could set the server to restart at an interval (from 1ms to days :P) Or change to pySpades, and use the Map Rollback option. |
