Disconnecting from master server (i use search!)

Ok i have tried hosting a server portforwarding is a issue it says its not open but when i put my server up its fine and all and after 30 seconds (i timed it) it disconnects.
My internet speed is 1.94mbps and i can host 24 people and im running on windows 7.
