Medal of Honor: Rising Sun was fun the first time I played it, but what really makes that game great is the bots in multiplayer.

Haha- it's a guilty pleasure that one- especially when using radio towers as javelins.

For ps2, the must haves are:

Sandbox:
All the GTAs, especially San Andreas,
Bully, and Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction.

Shooters:
Timesplitters 2, and Future Perfect, Black, Red faction 2.

Others:
Shadow of the Colossus, Rez, Star Wars Battlefront 1 and 2...

that's about it.

OH! And Mashed! that's my contender for best multiplayer game on ps2.

yeah, get starwars battlefront 2 and timesplitters 3, i can't think of anything else, but, there is a game for the gamecube called killer7, i'm not sure if its for ps2, though. it was really weird, i think i only got to play it once.

actually im getting s ps3 for christmas so im going to preorder battlefield 3 so no worries!

Don't buy that piece of trash. It breaks quickly straight after the garanty is over. It's better to stick to the oldies, IE: My PS2 Fat and Slim are still working after 10 years.

isn't bf3 going to be dumbed down on consoles ? i'd just get a PC good enough to play it, if you want to play it. i dont know if it will be, that is just what i've heard. things like the graphics don't really matter, but i think it's going to have less content on the other versions
