2) mman was my 2nd in command form the very inception of [HK] and he has proved to me that he can be responsible and use initive.

There fore it was MY decision to hand over the control of the clan to him, he isnt dumb, he knows exactly what needs to be done, and what to do etc he'll make a fine leader.
