    Its ridiculous!
    Was playing on Facepunch EU and Green managed to build an immense spider tower that is basically indestructible without rifle block destruction

    I agree completely with the OP. It's so fun tearing down enemy buildings without needing to be close to it.

    I like the fact your towers are more useful. Maybe if he does bring rifle block destruction back he could make it take more bullets to destroy the blocks, maybe five?

    I agree that blocks should be damaged by fire. I mean, if you shoot something enough, it will break. Rather than make the rifle's ability to destroy things weaker though, I'd like to see a method of making a stronger block that is much more resource intensive to place.

    No, otherwise those small covers don't have actually use. I kinda liked, when I was actually safe behind those 2xblocks pillars, but they should be anyways destroyable. Six shots is fine for me.

    Small covers are exactly what it sounds,covers that provide little protection
    If you want cover build proper trenches/bunkers
    I doubt you have played against a good spider tower, otherwise you would realize the absurdity of your statement

    I do have played against such one, in FP server. First I was blue, then green which had that tower. Destroying it wasn't impossible. And is 6 shots at blocks so bad? It's just three more.

    I think rifle block destruction should come back, either at the regular three shots a block, or four shots a block.

    At four shots a block it'd take two clips to destroy five blocks.

    At three shots a block it takes two clips to destroy six blocks.

    The difference is only one block, and could easily be changed in a future update if it's hated enough, or again, like I've said with many other of my suggestions, it could be another server setting.

    If the tower isn't build like shit(like how it currently is with lots of weakness) your looking at about 3-8 blocks per weakness, that will add up
    Chopping bits by bits strategy will have the effect of both repairing and reenforcing it if you die
    To summarize 6 shots is awfully slow and we need flash destruction if rifles are going to be used as effective weakness snipers

    Four shots to destroy a block that can be repaired in less than a second. At that point it's not even worth exposing yourself.

    I disagree, its already hard enough to keep a building in repair with all the grenades, tunneling and raiding parties. I think different classes should solve the problems created by the lack of rifles destroying blocks, like maybe a demo man or bazooka man, but rifles are too long distance and acurate
