How do you rank up on Forums?

I have a rank as a "Member" and i see people with ranks such as 'The Badass Pony"

There is no ranking up, there is a thread named Custom Titles in which you can ask for your "Member" to be changed, but i don't think danheeze is doing it anymore.

These ain't ranks. These are Custom Titles.

You can ask for one here.

I'm not sure if Dragon's statement is right or wrong though.
