Help making a pack

I would like to make a pack themed on the new game mode for Combat arms (which is a free shooter.) Things that were added in the new update are mark two weapons (which are just the normal guns with blue paint and more power), a bank robbing game mode where you steal gold bars, and some new sound files.

My problem is that I suck at making things for AoS. If you can lend pointers, links to tutorials, or maybe even the guns or files I need that would be awesome. Thanks.

List of things to be done:
Get a blue skorpin
Get a blue FAL
Get a blue AA-12

Make sights for guns

Get skins for players
Get skins for base and intel

Get sounds
