go to ipage hosting, they had a deal for $2.99 a month. Unlimmited everything including video streaming (No more crap YouTube compression!)

iPage is not the only one, there are a bunch of free ones out there too, if you want diarrhea , and erection dysfunction advertisements on your site.

Most webhosts have scripts to set up webpages for you.
So you just pay, log in, run script to install, choose theme, add content, Enjoy!!

Wordpress is the easiest for most. With a few plugins it it makes a nice gallery site.

Joomla is really cool too, it does blog stuff along with thousands of other things (Like to show player stats and stuff).

Really nice to be able to share files without people having to see adds.

For posting stuff on forums I just use image shack. If you do multiple uploads it will let you direct link to the pictures.
