Going to try making a video, can anyone suggest a decent free screen video ripper?
no watermarks if possible, i dont like fraps.

can output any file format, i use FFMPEG, and I can convert every common format known to god and man.

At least a capture rate of 60Hz or 60FPS.

for the next video should I go in the direction of making the heightmap, or the texture painting?

You don't have to delete your post just because you don't think that the post was popular enough.

Your post was difficult to read and understand because many of the sentences did not use proper English. I don't want to waste my time figuring out what you really mean by a sentence because you can't seem to use proper grammar.

In addition, nobody wants to download your video in order to watch it. Upload your video to youtube or some other video streaming service.

This is the reason it was removed.

Texturemaker is a really complex application. I find it really easy to use, but I have been using it since 2002. I forget it is not as easy for people who have never used it before.

The heightmap tools can be programmed by anyone really. They just have to be serious about their work pipeline being efficient, and safe. Then they will come to the same conclusions I did eventually, learn about batch scripting, and make their own automated system.

I just wanted to help out. People are always asking me how i do it. Guess that they are not serious.

FYI Youtube is a bad joke when it comes to tutorials, you can not explain how to make a 512x512 image in a video that is smaller than 450x320. Zooming in and out really is annoying in a tutorial. You need the full interface showing to help newbies out.

Vimeo is the better solution, but they do all kinds of crap to the videos too.

I have flowplayer on my website, i can stream any video I want to anyway.
