Lol POOF, just deal with it. I'm probably the oldest extant member of the clan besides BlizzDuck and Zerhec and I'm still warrant officer. Promotion generally depends on how much you make ingame contact with the founders/leaders. Because of my time zone/schedule, I don't generally play with them.

Moral: be glad you are in the (arguably) best clan on AoS.
