Definition of MVD:

The Ministerstvo Vnutrennikh Del (MVD) (МВД or Министерство внутренних дел) was the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Imperial Russia, later USSR, and still bears the same name in Russia. The Ministry is headquartered in Moscow.

(Basically, and elite section of Russian military.)

Reason: I want to join a real group of players that does not change every 10 minutes (GREEN MASTER RACE!) with good players in it, too wich i could realy be an allie (comrade=allie). Also, I kinda want to participate in one of the clan battles to have a proof that I realy do kick ass indeed (JK).

Hey,
