Learn to read. You have to put your Old IGN, New IGN, and Reason at the least.

In my opinion, Try making the lines more solid, industrial, something like my profile pic. Also try incorperating the word komrade into he symbol somehow.

P.S try using a military font, or a Russian one, (look at the clan amory picture link and the font)

Colours to use mostly: yellow and red.
