crash ?

can someone explain this error to me ?
its in pyspades source ( latest)

Problem with the txt I think, or you don't have your UDP port forwarded...

It's caused by a bad firewall, a network/interface/hardware fuckup or something else. pyspades will try and create a new port when something like that happens.
