How can I save and load maps and buildings during gameplay?

Hi, how can I save and load maps and buildings during gameplay? I built a huge sniper tower that took ages, pressed f1 and it said saved as vxl/lastsav.vxl but how can I save a name for it, and how can I load it again?

Go to your VXL folder and rename "lastsav.vxl" to "whatever.vxl"
Then you can load it by typing "whatever" in server creation process.
