Hey all. :D

So something happened to me just about a half hour ago... :( I was just playing on that new Cougar map in a server, and this guy called MechaTrickster comes along. I was right behind him and headshotted him 3 times, but none of them worked because of lag. So he turns around and headshots me easily, and I start saying things like "Wow, that was kinda unfair!" Then he started trolling me and saying bad and untrue things about me. The whole time I was defending myself with the help of a few teammates, he kept trying to kick me too. Luckily, we were all smart and he got himself kicked in the process. So basically, he's holding a grudge on me from now and into the future.

Then I decided to move to a Pinpoint server later. Everything was okay for a bit, but then MechaTrickster came again. For about 30 minutes he tried to troll, lie about, and kick me, using a bunch of mean and awful tricks to try and kick me. I kept showing and explaining to everybody that I wasn't doing anything that MechaTrickster was trying to kick me for (most included somewhat crude words I wouldn't like to say...) Luckily a few truthful people knew that he was kicking me falsely, and I was okay.

Here's what happened though:

A server Admin, [ORS]Mariokilleru came in and logged in as an Admin. I tried to explain to him/her all of what MechaTrickster had done, but he was lying to Mariokilleru and trying to tell him that I was doing all of those things that he accused me of earlier when I hadn't done any of it. Every time I tried to tell Mariokilleru about what had happened, MechaTrickster had lied to try to get Mariokilleru to believe him instead. For example, when I explained that it had been going on for 30 minutes, MechaTrickster lied and said he had only been on for 5 minutes when he was actually on for 6 times that time.

Here's what happened basically after that:

I lagged out and disconnected after that, so I rejoined the server. When I came back to see if Mariokilleru followed through for me, he did in the end and kicked MechaTrickster (I think so at least). But what Mariokilleru said to me:

"Trolls don't go unprovoked."

And he kicked me too.

Basically I've just been passing the time writing this... XD But anyways, that's not the point. The point is that this is just one example of how people who grief, troll, and lie aren't dealt with well enough. Honestly, I'm suprised nobody else tried to help me kick him. But of anything, I think that if we had better Admins who could do their job better (Mariokilleru isn't a bad Admin I'm saying, but I mean he didn't let me explain the whole story to him... :( ). If we had a better "community" of people who would watch and protect good players from the bad ones, it would be a lot better. Does anyone agree with me?

Well that isn't exactly solving the problem, more like running away from it... Like I see what you mean and it would DEFINITELY work, but it doesn't mean that other people wouldn't have to deal with it in the future, you know? :(

It's pretty difficult to find who's the troll without knowing the facts. When something like this happens, take a screenie of the situation, you never know when it's gonna be useful...

You can take screenshots or record for a few minutes by constantly pressing ESC, Soap.

To take screenshots press the Print Screen button on your keyboard. Then paste it to Paint and there you have your screenshot.

Yes, I banned him for trolling which is against my server rules. Yes, I banned you too. Why? You lied to me. How? People don't just come out of the blue and start trolling you unless they know you but in this case, he doesn't. Common sense says that a stranger troll doesn't troll unprovoked and I didn't see him trolling anyone else.

I only read the part with my name.... and the topic name. What isn't needed is better admins. What's needed is smarter players.

Mariokillu, I said it in there- he was holding a grudge against me because I got him kicked on that Cougar server. THAT was what provoked him. Also, not all trolls are provoked actually. Some just do it for the same reasons grievers grief.

And true, we do need smarter players. I couldn't get ANYONE to vote to kick Mecha even though they were all witnessing it. You're not the bad guy Mario, I just didn't appreciate how you thought I wasn't one of the smarter players. As you can probably tell, a smart player would go explain the situation to the community so that they could see too the truth behind these kinds of things...

Also speaking of trolling, way to try and kick me for doing nothing from ORS. Stupid babby gets buttmad whenever someone says something they don't like.
