So I was trying to change my name for in-game by using the config.ini file. I can open it and edit it, but when I try and save, it responds with: Cannot create the C:\Program Files\Ace of Spades\config.ini file. I tried going straight to the file, and I tried using Notepad, Wordpad, and Notepad++. Comp specs: HP dv6255 Notebook with Vista 32-bit Home Premium, 1.8 Ghz, 2 GB RAM, new motherboard (not HP, Asus?) |

I'm using Windows 7, and I've had no such difficulty. |

You know, all you have to do is save it to a public location and paste it over the original. |

Sorry I actually did spend about an hour looking and I couldn't find a thread about this. Thank you though, it worked. I feel really stupid. |
