  • Zombie Class Ideas

    For Dany0's zombie we should have human classes:

    Human classes are normal

    Then specific Zombie classes

    Tanker: more Health but does lower damage

    Stalker: can turn invisible and MIGHT have higher jump or longer invisibility capabilities ( like 20 seconds. or less, Easily dies from shotguns)

    Sprouter: can build zombie fortifications like hives.

    Bassically theres strong ones and then theres it's obivous weakness...
    Like every zombie invasion

    and last

    Splitter: can teleport about 130 blocks before having to recharge for 10 mintues

    Basicly zombies+classes?
    Awesome.
    But re-think the stalker one because it sounds weak.

    I'm trying to think of a substitute.

    I've got this for stalker

    Normal zombies takes 3 shotty shots
    Stalker takes like 2.3

    or this

    It can withstand 3 shotty shots but it gets lower invisibility charge every shot taken

    And maybe if the round lasts too long, maybe we should have a special class: Behemoth.
    This class will be assigned to the MVP zombie.
    This class would have 2000 health and uses a deformed arm to launch gibs.
    The downside is that he will easily die from SMGs.

    Good ideas, but this would be horrible inception:

    1. First I make a zombies mod, based on classes
    2. Then I trim it down once
    3. Then once again leaving not a single line from classes
    4. Then I make a Zombie + Classes pack
    5. And now I'd morph zombies and classes

    Stalker:
    if yourself shows the fly script I might make a doublejump

    Tanker:
    hmm I don't really know how would that be balanced

    Splitter:
    So basically sniper? I removed that one from the pack for zombies - it made zombies extremely over powered especially in squads, even 10 minutes recharge wouldn't help, plus I'd like to remind that counting seconds for 10 minutes and syncing it with both client and server would be as heavy as adding another player to the game. I'd rather have another player in the game.

    Sprouter:
    OK, but it takes some time to make buildings(the full zombie version buildings took me an hour plus half an hour planning.

    I can make this class as one-per team and only if you capture intel, but gibs? gib = parts of body that fly off when you die

    Splitter was just one I couldn't think of you can't really change the sniper thing that much inless you intend to making it where he can have a bit more diversity for ways of moving across the land.

    Otherwise, everything else I tried to balance..

    Sept tanker. I'll have to recap that

    witch is to say.. if i glance at a zombie from a distance will be able to identify what zombie it is? DRAW SOME CONCEPT ART!
