I can't do arms, but I do have dual wielded double-barrel shotguns (which is actually what the ranger in CoD:MW2 is). You can get it in the shotguns section.

im not sure if its just me but for your shotguns whenever i reload they only reload one bullet i tried other shotguns and the default just in case and they reload all of the bullets

I know that You(KillerRed9) already made a M16A4 SOPMOD, but this version has a PEQ Laser and Roundish Silencer with HoloGraphic sight with the Iron Sight down the barrel up. It Also has a handgrip on the Underslung Attachment rail. It would make my year is you made this, but replaced the PEQ with a flashlight/laser attachment to the side, Like the one in Battlefield3 (YES I KNOW) !!!

I gotta give you props man. Making guns is hard. I think the hardest part is making sniper rifles... Shotguns are pretty easy.
Iron sights are also a pretty big pain in the ass. I feel bad for giving you all those requests now... x.x

This version has a extendable crane stock, with the iron sights up along with a holographic sight. its also includes a foregrip and a FlashLight/Laser attachment!
(dont worry bout' the mag, your M16A4 Mag is just fine!)
this version of the M4 has no Carrying handle, and just has a long attachment rail at the top! this one also includes a smaller magwell near the rear sights. I dont care bout' the Holographic sights or the iron sights that much, but if you could have one, both, or one or the other would be nice. this one also includes a shortened barrel for CQC or CQB battles. (Dont put the big shiny thing at front plz! thx) the grip also is supposed to be able to fit like the pistol grip near the Mag. Thank you!
