Hi there i'am a new player af AOS, and saddly i can't play it i have download the game (beta 0.58) and when i click on a server (i test few server) a windows as launch my screen was black and bam i back to desktop, and when i click on the shortcut it' like again black screen, return to desk... i have read the readme and he say
"Be sure to update your game name in the
"Configuration" file first :)"
yep i have change my name, but nothing...

PS: I have windows seven, and my configuration was great,

Please i want to test this good games.

2) Make sure they're not full

I had the same problem with TF2.

i have no text box and yep every server testing was not full , for TF2 have you a good configuration? do you play on steam ?

no souci guy thanks, for TF2 I thinks it's beacause you dont play and steam and/or the config of your CPU it's a collapse of memory this game but he is sweet

It seems like somebody set up a server to block players who still have the default name.

To change your name go to the config.ini file in the Ace of Spades directory. You maybe have to save it to the desktop first:

1) Save config.ini to desktop
2) Change Name:"deuce" ---> Name:"inteur72"
3) save ON the desktop first
4) save a copy in the "Ace of Spades" folder
5) (tell it to "Copy and Replace")

Let us know if this doesn't work!!!

i am not on my computer now but in the work :/ and i have already change my name to inteur72 but i can test when i back to my computer and i tell you if it's okay or not ^^

you should get some sort of error message
if not, try reinstalling

i try 3 time to reinstall and repar i have a idée: it's possible to change half or fullscreen out of the game ?
