Or just google "proxies" and you'll find websites dedicated to listing them.

Not a fake link. This guy makes new proxy sites every few weeks, and as they get blocked by school filters, he'll email new ones out whenever they go live.

Used to use it constantly back when I was in high school.

Another little trick.
If using a school computer, and you try to access a blocked site, a page saying that the site is blocked and why will come up (at least at my old school it did). Down at the bottom of the page is sometimes a button to bypass the filter. I kid you not, i clicked it, it asked for Username, Password. I typed Admin, Admin and it fuggin WORKED! Unfortunately I was an idiot and told a bunch of people and it was changed within a week. But hell, give it a try. Your network admin might be an idiot.
