Go into server>Get people to join.

What if I go ahead and get a bunch of kills now and join later. Then later on I recruit a bunch of guys. Could I still get a rank up even if I didn't get kills while I was in the clan? MLG could die any second :(

You would become a B rank elemental Flameshot if you joined, no kills needed (but if someone joins before you the B rank position will be taken).
You can only rank up with proof I'm afraid.
