Error message when connecting to a server

Here is my concern when I want to connect to a server through the list this message initdirectdownfailed: 0x8004001

That happens every now and then. Is it a certain server or every server? What country do you live in?

What is your config.ini details (Name, xres, yres, ect.)

yres = 600 ; Resolution Height

inverty = 0 ; 0 or 1 (inverted mouse look)
windowed = 0 ; 0 or 1 (0-fullscreen 1-windowed mode)
mouse_sensitivity = 2 ; any value between between 1 and 10
