Well I don't know what we need to actually make it official with the "forum advisers" or whatever, I was actually going to ask EX later tonight. :P But once we have EVERYTHING decided and made as a whole idea (honestly, I think we're just going to stick with BiA because that sounds the most awesome), then I'm fairly certain we can just say "Okay this is our clan, we already have a leader and subleaders, apply and register if you want to join!". I'll make applicatino rules and stuff, so all you really need to worry about is convincing other people to make their decisions about the clan. ;)

Also, once it does become in effect, because you're participating so actively, you can go right on ahead and register yourself as a Commander of the clan once it becomes official. ;) I'll make that official in a thread (AGAIN) once the clan is approved. (b^^)b

In all honesty, I don't know what a MAJORITY of you guys are actually good at, but that's one of those specifics. So quickly for those who have already asked to join, list some things that you're good at and some ideas that we should implement in the clan, okay? ;) That will REALLY help this clan get finalized!
