If you could add a server config file with these settings, that'd be great:

ip

I run a server with enough room for several servers, but the server always finds the same IP to run on.

Well, I'll come back and try tomorrow or the next day. No point in running a server that dies every 10 minutes and requires manual input each new startup.

It's a fun game, and I'll be patient since it's in testing :)

The server app sends a call out to http://www.whatismyip.com/automation/n09230945.asp to find the external IP.

It should be pretty simple to add a hosts file entry for that server redirecting to localhost (or another box you own) and then have a web server on that machine serve 3 responses in round robin which contain your different external IPs.
