If your ironsights are still 400x400, you might need to reinstall.

Also v046 hotfix is out.

i tried editing the ironsights from .42 and there still in the top left corner

Remove your old AOS install.

Then install the 0.46

And are you checking the new AoS install directory, it has changed.
