These "laws against racism" are nothing but leftist propaganda. Paying black people more by the nature of their blackness is wrong. Slavery was over a hundred years ago. Hate crimes are just limiting our freedom of speech. A hate crime is just a crime + someone using freedom of speech. You can punish people for a crime, but jesus, this country is all about freedom!
