Basically I was thinking of making a team, mainly focused from people of the Sham's server.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be good at Ace of Spades
2. Must have a name, no deuces
3. Must have some sort of rep, or have proven yourself to someone in the Sham's server (little pony) (This is so we can actually see how good you are, and also because this team is focused in the Sham's server area)
4. Only apply for 1 position. Engineers must be very good, and know their stuff, mainly for bridges, walls, bunkers, etc.
5. Tunnelers also must be good. We expect many things from you.
6. Teamwork- work as a team, use the grid, be efficient
7. Accuracy - By base, accuracy must be pretty good, headshots are always good. The snipers are for exceptionally good people and must also know how to disguise their spots. Camping is alright, but no spawn camps.
8. Must be awesome
9. Note: When attacking, we bring people, the people left will either defend the intel, or do something to make sure they don't win. Boring? Maybe.
10. If we do skirmishes the teams will be split.
11. Be respectful and listen to orders. This leads to success.
12. If you want to be accepted, just play around with some people on Sham's server. If you get known somewhat, you will be considered. The veterans will always rank higher than greenhorns. Only exception would be the guy tAtt something, and that's only because he's the best sniper I have seen.

Also please note we aren't a exactly straight forward group. Stealth and tactics is what we are. That base heavily guarded? Sniper team and a flank with tunnelers leading from under ground. River base? Go down and undermine it. (AND doing the most crazy thing to complete the task. Intel on a tower? Break the middle section down. Enemy above you? Break block and kill)
