Could you make it all black, and add a foregrip, and a small red holographic site, the red part need only be one block wide etc.

Also make the stock filled in, instead of frame.

And also add a small box magazine on the front

You can remove the rear site, because it will have red holographic it isnt needed.

Hmm,it looks cool,but it's weird that the rear and front sight are missaligned,one of em is higher than the other.I dont know if it was you planned it through.And the stock could be a trouble for someone using that,try to make the higher block on the same level as the second one.Other than that,it's pretty good.

Umm... That certainly does NOT sound like Minecraft Beta.

AND Minecraft Classic runs just as fast as AoS.

Only positive i can see to this is with a decent amount of coding, someone could turn the sandbox game mode into a decent alternative to the map editor for people who are too lazy to learn all the ins and outs of the map editor.

For the stuff for coding

pickaxe: instantly destroy one block
spade: no windup time
rifle: replace with a 2x2 or however big block
grenade: replace with a bigger block than the rifle block
block: keep
and add stuff like no clipping and maybe increased speed

you would obviously make a 1 person server for yourself to work on maps, just my 2 cents.

This laptop I am currently on can barely run Minecraft at the second-lowest fog distance. Any further and FPS drops to <15. No such lag in AoS at all, no matter how much of the map is broken to pieces.

A "sandbox" or "build" mode would be good for some people, but only if done right. Griefing structures should be harder than building them. Having weapons on what is currently a 'build' server is always useful in case that guy on the other team starts shoveling your stuff down for no reason, so you can shoot him and send him back to his own spawn.

OP's suggestion would give rise to a whole other kind of griefer. They would just go independent and place blocks everywhere in other people's structures.
