Hey, I have an idea how to deal with griefers. Once you see a griefer you can call him a traitor by saying /traitor. If one gets busted he can't destroy blocks for half a minute. Then the status will be forgiven.

If someone else calls the griefer a traitor as well, unless it was forgiven, he won't be able to place or destroy blocks for 5 minutes and his name will appear in the chat window every minute. Then it may be forgiven.

If fourth person in the team calls a traitor on him, he can get teamkilled*, and a votekick on him will appear. While the votekick lasts he can not place or build blocks.

If the whole team votes a traitor on him he gets kicked and banned for 10 minutes. If he comes back in the next 10 hours and gets traitor-kicked again he is banned for 1 day. 1 more day every time this happens again.

Yeah and if you are the guy who originally called him a traitor you can /forgive of course.

*Even if the friendly fire is off, and instead of blood rainbows will appear, just for the sake of it.
