I jus got mah MICROPHONE *giggles like a giddy school girl* and it works too! I can't wait to Skype with ya'll. (Implying I have a subtle/somewhat Southern accent).

You can't use the video calling when Skype's minimized, but the voice calling function will still work in the background. As a plus, Skype (and the other stuff Drury offered) means you can choose who you want to talk to and who you don't want to talk to, so you can voicechat with friends in-game and not have to listen to the aforementioned screaming 4chan kids.

Plus, come on, this is an early beta and you want something like voicechat already?

I think an in-game voice chat would be pretty cool.

This makes me wish I could get a microphone.
