hey can some one help me i want to make some iron sight my self but gimp and sumo paint arnt easy to work with cuz i dont use them much and sumo paint dousent want to open jpng files so any one got tips

A sniper iron sight for the semi with a red dot in the middle (just a red dot without the lines but with the black circle around it) and make it as little as possible (the dot).

Lol im pretty sure you can, but in the video he uses gimp so to me im like 0.o Huh?!?!? I'm not used to paint so it gets really confusing. All you really do is go over a picture from the interbet and referbish it to look blocky :P
