Make a sprint meter that only lasts for 5 sec or something.

Sprinting means running with more speed,you know putting some real power into it.
so yes it would be way better,I advise the halo kind of sprint so people just don't sprint everywhere so it could be balanced.

I thought maybe choppers could be a good idea. Be kinda like the chopper gunner in cod. I just believe if sprinting was there it would be used to get away from those "your gonna die moments" It would be really annoying! Now this is where I think different. If you would move faster holding your scope I would love the idea. I love smg and shotgun, it just doesn't help using it while aiming down the enemy.

i dont recall ever giving my opinion on it. the only thing i will say is there needs to be a way to move faster, be it sprinting, cars , choppers, i dont care what.

itd still be slower than on land, plus if its that big of a deal just build walls around your spawn or whatever. plus its not as if the persons asking for "press X button to run perma fast!" or something, there will be drawbacks.

We can barely take out people when they're walking lagging, sorry for bad grammar :P If they were running and lagging they would be unstoppable. Also for maps like goon heaven they would never have to worry about the water as they would get x2 less than they normally would.

Yes! It would be great for running right into bases or running away when your getting shot at.

I think sprint would be a pretty good implementation. At least until vehicles get added...

Since AoS maps are so large it is hard to get to the other side of the map in a reasonable amount of time. It would make intel running a lot more fun as well.
