I always thought there should be a way, through pyspades, to do this.

Maybe even a way for the host to make a limits.

This would be a fun way to change the game style.

I just wouldn't prefer this into the default version!

I have an idea regarding the current weapons we have NOW. Not trying to introduce any side arms.
So what if you were able to change the stats of weapons using preset numbers?

[configuration.ini]
name KillerRed9
xres 800
yres 600
vol 10
inverty 0
caplimit 3
rfog 128
gfog 232
bfog 255
*semimode 0
*smgmode 3
*shotgunmode 1
(* denotes the new parts in the config)

So the configuration would be set up as so. Modes would change damage, recoil, ammo, accuracy, stuff like that. An example would be...

[Semimode]
0 - 30power, 98%accuracy, x0.6recoil, 20ammo, 100maxammo
1 (Default)- 49power, 92%accuracy, x1recoil, 10ammo, 50maxammo
2 - 50power, 80%accuracy, x2recoil, 5ammo, 30maxammo

Of course, the above values wouldn't be changeable.

[smgmode]
0-15power, x2firerate, 94%accuracy, x0.4recoil, 35ammo, 175maxammo
1 (Default)-24power, 89%accuracy, x1recoil, 30ammo, 150maxammo
2-32power, 76%accuracy, x1.7recoil, 30ammo, 90maxammo

Again, not changeable.

The reason for this is because players have their own ways to play. Maybe they can cope with recoil very will, or they can't aim accurately, or it may be that they are a sprayer. Whatever the reason, this should help players settle into this game with their own preferences.
