just make your center dot at 400,300.

Take original semi.png file
Open it in PS
Create new layer
Make a dot right where the front sights are
Delete layer semi
Save your dot picture
Reuse as many time as you want to make custom sights
???????
PROFIT!

Does anyone have I way I can check this without having to go IG? e.g a template of some kind or a small red dot in the middle of the screen.
