The Problem is that that white dot is 2x2 dot. Here is a nice same kind of ironsight
the dot just is 1x1 so its 4 times more precise.

There's a white spot in the middle of the screen, exactly where the normal reticle is. It's very visible. If you want I can make a red one also.

I just made a custom sniper ironsight that will probably let you play better and more efficiently.
It removes the black stuff, and concentrates the recticle to increase visibility while not compromising accuracy
