Bug or Kicked?

I was in QFC3 Assult V2 on May 3, 2011. I saw a blue person and shot him, but he was not taking damage. After shooting him continuously, I was kicked. No one said anything to me about not shooting anyone.
Is this a new feature of 47? Or is it a bug, and am I forever forbidden from that map now? I mean, I liked it.

But, I cant get on anymore. I can get to the "choose your team" screen with the scores and everything, but I can't choose one. After mashing "B" and "G".
