You can only edit your mouse setting for your computer.

Go into your settings and change the speed.

it does nothing in game if i change my speed in control panel, maybe there is some kind of third party software i could use to change that?

Nope.

I use a mouse with a special DPI button that allows you to choose mouse sensitivity from low to very high without having to go to computer settings. Maybe you can get one too?

i do have i mouse like that, but i reinstalled windows recently, and website with the drivers is down, so i cant get the program to control it

This is a good example of why Ben should work on things like a menu system and ingame config before introducing things like artillery and tanks.
