Transparent Scope request

Hey guys, i just updated to the 0.49 and i lost a really cool scope that i had :( Im just looking for a basic sniper scope that looks neat, but also make sure that the black stuff around it is quite transparent rather than completely blacked out, if that makes any sense? anyway if anyone can do that that'd be neat, thanks :D

@ H Dutton you have to unlock the achievements first...

alternatively you could try downloading a scope as linked in one of the many mod threads on this or above forum and place the provided png image in the appropriate folder. If you are still at loss you can try reading the aos wikie...

HDutton, all you need to do it open the Ace of Spades folder, open the png folder within that, and then replace the semi.png file with the image of whatever scope you want. Really simple.

I think his problem is that the image inside of the first link is not a real smi.png file.

And yea, its a jpeg, not a png I understand everything else.

I have no clue what link you are looking at but if you have jpg you used the wrong file...

scroot, jpg is NOT transparent and will make the whole screen WHITE when you use the ironsight
try some of my mods/scopes :)
