Lag bans

I hate them. There should be no lag bans. Only lag kicks.

Because I get them alot.

Although true, that's not all that helpful..

@Monsteri:
I agree, it seems harsh to be kicked and banned for lagging.
Servers should, in my opinion, have an option to enforce a ping-limit.
