Well nobody responds to my damn thread :P And i figured it out anyways, with no help from the forums -.-

The capture limit is for the server. It's how many captures you want, until the game restarts (not the map). It's so people work together to try and win, instead of endlessly capturing the intel (even though it's still the same).
